These terms govern your use of barnettautomation.com and the services Barnett Automation provides through it. By using the site, contacting us, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms.

About our service

Barnett Automation builds and runs lead response automation for service businesses. This site describes what we do, lets you book a call, and lets you request more information. The details of any paid engagement, including scope, pricing, and any performance commitment, are set out in a separate written agreement between us and the client. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of results.

Text messaging program

By checking the consent box on our form, or by texting us to opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Barnett Automation at the number you provide.

Program. Messages relate to your inquiry and any appointment you book. They may include appointment confirmations and reminders, a message letting you know we are about to call, replies to your questions, and follow ups about your request.
Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. To start again, reply START.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at justin@barnettautomation.com or (678) 928-4689.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy policy. We do not share mobile information or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

Booking and calls

When you book a call, you agree to provide accurate information. Our AI assistant may answer or place calls and texts on our behalf, and it identifies itself as an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded for quality and record keeping where the law permits.

Estimates and no guarantee

Tools on this site, including the ROI calculator, produce estimates based on general industry research and the numbers you enter. They are illustrations, not promises of any specific result. Any performance commitment we make is defined in the written service agreement, not on this site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or infringe anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this site are owned by Barnett Automation or used with permission. Third party case studies and research referenced on the site belong to the companies that published them and are cited as evidence that the mechanism works, not as our own results. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

Third party services

The site links to and uses third party tools, such as our scheduling and messaging providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third party sites. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

The site and our free tools are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Barnett Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its free tools. This does not limit any rights you have under a signed service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
